Not sure who the fellow reviewers are, but our experience was absolutely nothing like they described. Not sure who the fellow reviewers are, but our experience was absolutely nothing like they described. Save your time and frustration and look anywhere else. They built beautiful slate walkway for the entrance from my driveway to our front porch. He and his crew were hardworking and pleasant to work with. They also mortared our brick and slate patio. This helps absorption of solar radiation and transfers the heat to the water which flows through the inner tubes.
