During the summer and autumn last year those whose applications were successful produced detailed plans of their projects. We will be taking on at least another four walling trainees, two a year for the next two years. The assessment for the places takes the form of a day-long walling exercise. When they’ve finished, we’ll take on another three students and a further three after that.
The four trainees will each do 12 months work placements and receive wages while training. The other three trainees will be recruited during the next year.
