Also the front desk manager is very rude. The yard was organized for easy viewing and we were promptly greeted by a forklift attendant who helped us access the flat we wanted and gave us the run down on what to do.
I went 4 times to the store!
They have alot of flagstones as well as boulders, decorative stones and even soil. I have is they sell by coverage area or size ie cubic yard vs selling by weight. I needed a very small amount of stones – 28 sq ft – for a fireplace. Bob helped me choose just the right stones and spent over an hour with me. Also the front desk manager is very rude. Was in yesterday looking to match a paver patio. Not only did they help me select the right samples to match, but gave me the 3 pavers for free. Will walk out and show you the materials and help you understand what you’re looking at, scheduling on-time deliveries etc. The policies that are put in place are there for good reason, like their policy to not allow just everyone to go picking through everything leaving nothing but scraps for everyone else.
He came back with the material on a fork lift and put it within about 10 feet of the back of the car and sat there.
He didn’t offer to get off his little fork lift. I asked to say again, but couldn’t understand a second time. I already was upset because he was so lazy to help me. Your supply person spoiled a perfectly great experience with the salesperson. I have probably picked 50 or more from a half yard. I would have my product in a couple of weeks. I said, there are plenty other places. Often it results in the place closing down eventually. Bob helped me choose just the right stones and spent over an hour with me. I have worked with other people at this store that weren’t as helpful. This tile supplier has been around longer than we have. These guys are informed, polite and efficient. I bought some natural cap stones for a wall project. Morgan’s won’t miss your business.
